I don’t want to follow the people trying to help me. I want to follow the people trying to help themselves, at least their motives are more transparent.
If their primary income comes from selling help, then they have no motive to help get you better. It would make their income disappear.
But if they are just trying to figure it out for themselves, they’re spending too much energy to try to hook you on their seminar scam. At the very least, they’re more entertaining.
