  • Defined a present state awareness that helps you to be non-reactive
  • Give me six hours to chop down a tree, and I’ll spend the first four sharpening the ax.
  • complaint bracelet –
    • Each time you complain, switch sides. Keep doing that until you go for 21 days without switching sides.
    • You can complain if it comes with a constructive thought.
  • Practice poverty annually, something like once a week. Stoic idea.
  • Jar of awesome – every time something awesome and exceptional happens, write it on a paper and throw it into a jar.
    • Could be great for my relationship.
  • Take a 3 breath break when the moment starts getting away from you.
