- Heat to trigger heat shot proteins and growth hormone.
- Any decision that isn’t a HELL YEAH! Should be a no.
- If you find yourself saying that you’re busy, you’re out of control.
- Don’t just look at the rewards of action, look at the costs of inaction. (Dickens process) what have your limiting beliefs cost you in your past, present and future.
